All So-Lo® products are produced to demanding specifications with work inspected at every phase of production and packaging.
ALL packages are fully insured by So-Lo® and should be inspected for any damage caused in handling and care should be taken when opening packages. Any shipping damage to product needs to be addressed immediately and all packaging materials should be kept in their received condition for courier inspection; please contact So-Lo® regarding any shipment damage(s) ASAP via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-855-SOLO-USA. So-Lo® will initiate a claim with the courier, on your behalf.
While So-Lo® makes every effort to ensure trouble-free operation of ALL of our gear, we understand that sometimes a flaw might not get caught; if you find any issues with our product, we DO care about that… please contact us directly before returning any products for repair or replacement consideration.
So-Lo® factory & office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM eastern time.
